Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation, communication and organizational culture variable to employee performance variable. The object of research that is determined in this study is Merdeka University Pasuruan addressed on Jl. Ir. H.Juanda 68 Pasuruan City. Data were collected by questionnaire method that was disseminated on 42 respondents of educational staff taken by census method. The results of the research showed that motivation, communication and organizational culture influenced 90,4 % to employee performance and the remaining 8.9% influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. The value of product moment correlation coefficient (R) of 0.904, it shows there is a very strong influence between independent variables with dependent variable. Parsially motivation influenced 37% of employee performance, communication influenced 10,9% while organizational culture influenced 49,9 % of employee performance. The result also showed that regression coefficient of organizational culture more dominant influenching employee performance in Merdeka University Pasuruan.
