Abstract
Indonesia has very high biodiversity, especially plants. Many people don't understand the plants around them. Dried flowers are a product that promotes plant biodiversity to the public. The final output is in the form of floral creations and dried plants embellished with craft items including key chains, bookmarks, paintings and various other items. Dried Flower describes the identification of plants, including local names, scientific names, and their functions, thus serving as an educational tool. In addition, dried flowers are also special in terms of creation and preservation. According to the field investigation conducted by Dusun Kadipaten in Pasuruan Regency Tutur Village, a large number of cut flower waste generated by local cut flower selection is not suitable for sale, and the community simply throws it away. The formation of waste contributes to the production of outputs that have economic value and have the potential to be put to better use. The results of the dry flower program production training went very smoothly, and all participants participated in the activity very actively, asking questions and discussing enthusiastically. It is hoped that through this event, cut flower operators can develop their cut flower manufacturing business and gain additional income. In our opinion, the event has had a very positive impact on gaining knowledge and insight. At the same time, from the benefits of community service, it also uses local potential to increase the income of cut flower business participants as additional income during the Covid 19 pandemic.
